We offer made-to-order manufacturing and also sell ready-stock garments. Contact us to discuss current stock availability and quantities. We do not offer dropshipping.

Yes. We do not disclose your information or designs without your permission, and we do not reproduce one customer's design for another. We treat your project details as confidential throughout development and production.

Garment samples and sample revisions are free of charge. Shipping is charged at actual cost. Share your requirements with our team so we can discuss the sample details and shipping arrangements.

Yes. Small swatches of our existing fabrics are free of charge; shipping is charged separately. Tell us the fabric type or properties you are looking for so we can discuss suitable available options.

Yes. We accept customer-supplied fabrics, trims and patterns. Share the material details and the work you need us to carry out so we can review the production requirements with you.

Yes. We can work with your requirements for branded labels, hang tags and packaging. Send your artwork, specifications and quantities so the details can be included in the quotation and order confirmation.

Timing is confirmed for each project based on the style, materials and order requirements. We do not apply one fixed lead time to all products. Tell us your target date at the enquiry stage so we can review the schedule with you.

Yes. We welcome factory visits and video tours. Please contact our team in advance to discuss your project and arrange a suitable time.

Yes. We accept third-party inspections. Inspection fees are paid by the customer. Please discuss the inspection requirements and arrangements with our team in advance.

Quality issues are unacceptable to us, and we take them seriously. Please contact our team with your order details and a description of the issue. Photographs can help us understand the concern. We will review the matter and follow up with you.

We can discuss several payment arrangements, including letters of credit (L/C), T/T in advance and documents against payment (D/P). Please contact us to agree the payment terms for your order.
