How We Work · Step 4 of 5

Labels, tags & packaging

Carry your agreed brand details through finishing and packing.

Make the finishing details part of the specification

Labels, hang tags and packaging connect the finished garment with your brand. Their artwork, placement and packing requirements are agreed before bulk production, so they can be coordinated with garment making.

This step explains how those decisions carry through to finishing and packing. They do not need to wait until the garments are made.

Your branding, clearly specified

Send the artwork and requirements you have. We review the material, size, position and quantities with you, and include the agreed details in the quotation and order confirmation.

Brand labels
Confirm your logo artwork, label material, dimensions and attachment position for each style.
Care and size information
Provide the required composition, care text, size references and languages for your destination market. The wording and layout are agreed before use.
Hang tags
Share the shape, dimensions, artwork, attachment method and any barcode or product information your range requires.
Individual and outer packing
Discuss garment folding, bags or branded packaging, size and colour grouping, carton quantities and shipping marks.

Before the order is packed

Keep the approved label artwork and packing instructions with the final order details. Any changes should be discussed while there is still time to review their effect on production and dispatch.

  • Confirm artwork, wording and placement.
  • Confirm sizes, colours and packing quantities.
  • Confirm packaging materials and carton marks.
  • Identify any customer-supplied labels or packaging.
