The approved sample guides production
Once the sample, specification and order terms are agreed, we coordinate the materials, cutting, sewing and finishing for your collection. Core garment production is handled in-house, with specialist suppliers coordinated where needed.
Prepare and cut
Fabric and patterns are checked against the order requirements. Cutting follows the approved shapes, sizes and material direction.
Sew and assemble
Garment pieces are assembled to the agreed construction, with the specified trims and finishing details.
Check the work
Materials, workmanship, measurements and presentation are reviewed against the approved sample and specification at relevant stages.
Keep the agreed details visible
Before production, confirm the final quantities by size and colour, the material references, artwork, labels and packing instructions. The minimum order is 1,000 pieces per style, per colour.
Production timing is confirmed for the particular style, materials and order. Payment arrangements are agreed individually, including options such as L/C, T/T in advance and D/P.
Independent inspection
Third-party inspections are welcome, with inspection fees paid by the customer. Please arrange the requirements and timing with our team in advance.
