Our in-house sample team develops your garment from the agreed brief. Fabric, pattern, construction and finishing come together so you can review how the style looks, feels and fits.
Where a development sample uses substitute materials or trims, those differences should be identified before it is treated as a production reference.
Develop the pattern and confirm materials
We can develop patterns from your reference sample or measurement sheet and grade them into the required sizes. Agree the size range and key measurements with our team during development.
Colour lab dips, print samples and embroidery samples can be provided for review before bulk production. Confirm the relevant colours, artwork and details alongside the garment sample.
Review, refine, then approve
Your feedback guides the revisions. Keep comments together in one clear version so the changes and approvals are easy to follow.
Check the fit and specification
Compare measurements, proportions, fabric, colour, seams and details with the agreed reference. Review fit separately from measurements, including comfort and movement.
Bring the feedback together
Identify each requested change with a location and a clear description. Marked photographs and updated measurements help us understand the result you need.
Confirm the production reference
Approve the final sample and specification, including any agreed exceptions. Quantities, sizes, colours, labels and packing instructions are confirmed before bulk production proceeds.

Samples and revisions are free
We do not charge for garment samples or sample revisions. Shipping is charged at actual cost. Existing fabric swatches are also free, with shipping charged separately.
